Wake-Ups "Stay At Home Workout" Instagram Giveaway
Terms and Conditions: Adrem Brands (makers of Wake-Ups) ‘Home Workout Contest’ (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Adrem Brands (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 18, 2020, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 30, 2020 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is open to all Canadian residents. Contest winners must comply with Adrem Brands' recommended use of Wake-Ups caffeine tablets. By entering the Contest, eligible participants agree that the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to publish, without compensation, the full name, city of residence and photograph of the winner, and eligible participants waive all rights to printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity. Eligible participants further agree that all entries submitted and their content become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
By accepting a prize, the winner will be required to accept and acknowledge that his/her use of Adrem Brands Wake-Ups product is voluntary and the Sponsor shall not be in any way responsible for any resulting injury and/or death.
THE PRIZE: Each successful entry will be entered to win one Grand Prize.
1st Prize: Wake-Ups T-shirt, Wake-Ups Bottle and 2 bottles of Wake-Ups 100mg 100 tablets (approximate value: $65.00)
2nd Prize: Wake-Ups T-shirt and one bottle of Wake-Ups 100mg 100 tablets (approximate value: $45.00)
3rd Prize: Wake-Ups Hat and a 36 pack of Wake-Ups 100mg tablets (approximate value: $30.00)
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or convertible to cash or credit. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The prize will be sent via Canada Post using the contact information provided by the participant at the time of contest entry.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Contest
- Visit https://www.instagram.com/trusttherooster/ and follow Wake-Ups Instagram page.
- Submit a ‘Home Workout Video or Photo’ you own the rights to, in the comments section of the Contest post using the hashtag #TrustTheRooster or Tag @TrustTheRooster in your 'Home Workout Video or Photo' post.
- Tag 3 friends in the comments to participate.
Only one entry and account may be used to enter the Contest. Should duplicate entries be received, all such entries will be ineligible. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account submitted at the time of entry. Should it be discovered that an entrant is using the aid of computer programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be disqualified from the Contest; and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all such entrants from future contests conducted by the Sponsor without further notice.
Entries must be received by no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on April 30, 2020. The Wake-Ups team will select three (3) winners from all entries from the eligible participants during the Contest Period. The winners will be announced on a Wake-Ups Instagram Post on 4th May 2020.
If a selected winner does not respond via Instagram direct message, email, phone or voicemail within three (3) business days of the announcement, or is contacted but is deemed to be ineligible in The Sponsor’s sole discretion, or is unable or unwilling to comply with these official rules, that selected winner will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries and contacted per the rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for any change in an entrant's contact details.
Entering the contest The Sponsor takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, or which are received after the Contest Period. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. No correspondence will be undertaken except with the selected eligible participants, whose eligible entry was drawn. Once an eligible participant is declared a winner by the Sponsor, the Sponsor will send the eligible participant, information containing the details on how to redeem his/her Prize via Instagram/Email.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, participants must:
- Be a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) and
- Follow Wake-Ups Instagram page.
- Submit a ‘Home Workout Video or Photo” they own the rights to in the comments section of the Contest post
- Tag 3 friends in the comments and
- Must tag their post using the hashtag #TrustTheRooster
SKILL TESTING QUESTION: Selected winners must also correctly answer a timed mathematical skill-testing question.
You are not eligible if, at any point during the Contest Period you are, or you live with, an employee, representative or agent of the Sponsor, its affiliates or licensees.
