At Adrem Brands (makers of Wake-Ups) we do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are dissatisfied with our products, we offer a thirty (30) day return policy for unopened Products from the date of purchase. Please send us an email at info@adrembrands.com stating the product purchased, date of purchase and the reason for the return. On receiving the request, a representative from Adrem Brands will contact you to discuss the return. Accordingly, a refund amount equal to what you paid for the unopened products will be processed within 15 business days. Please note, opened or used products cannot be returned to us and will not be refunded
